![]() ![]() (1) year of experience with the Army equipment within the 13M MOS to perform MOS related tasks.Must be instructor certified or have skills and knowledge of previous 043-13J10 (i.e., experience as a 13D or 13P) to serve in lieu of the 13J MOS experience.Minimum of (3) years of experience as a 13J Fire Control Specialist.Qualified on and demonstrate the proper employment and operation of the listed Army equipment and systems associated with the MOS:.Understand FDC operations and emplacement of all field artillery weapon systems.Understand and apply the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP).Maintain instructor certification standards to include being formally evaluated quarterly.Responsible for operator level PMCS of equipment prior to utilization for instructional purposes.Revise lesson plans to meet training requirements and integrate approved tactics, techniques, and procedures into the Program of Instruction (POI).Instruct and evaluate student's tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) under field, simulated, and classroom conditions.Maintain proficiency in Tactical and Operational procedures on all Fire Direction Center (FDC) systems.Update the Program of Instruction (POI) and lesson plans as required by the 13J Lifecycle Program Manager.Prepare training materials develop training aids, set up classrooms, and deliver instruction.Instructor shall teach operations on all FDC related equipment ![]() Teach FDC Crewmember Operations on the AFATDS, Centaur, CMP-P and Degraded FDC equipment.Summary: 1Prospect Technologiesis seeking AIT Instructors to support 13J AIT Instruction within the Field Artillery Campus.
